Create Mystery, Excitement, and Anticipation With A6 Envelope Printing

If you've ever received a letter in the mail in a nondescript white envelope, chances are you'll toss it aside for later. Make sure your mail stands out in every way with A6 Envelopes. Envelopes shouldn’t just hold your letters, invitations, or announcements. They also present the perfect opportunity for you to make a good first impression for your company and make the recipient want to open the mail immediately.

What separates our A6 envelopes from the rest?

  • They can fit any 4” x 6” flat invitation or 8” x 6” folded greeting card (4”x 6” folded size).
  • A gummed flap on the envelope can be moistened for an easy permanent seal.
  • This envelope is suitable for use with inkjet or laser printers so you can easily add a return address or additional info.

More Color Printing Options

1-Color Printing
Have your design printed in one of three ink color options: black, reflex blue, or standard red. Whatever your design and ink color choices are, your message will stand out on our crisp white envelopes.

  • Printed on standard 24 lb. white paper
  • Non-bleed print retains white margin on the edges
  • 1-color printing on the front of the envelope

Full-Color Printing
Be bold with bright, colorful, and graphic designs or stay classic with elegant, understated tones. Whatever the design or message you want to communicate, we’ll make it happen on paper – or in this case, envelopes.

  • Printed on thicker 70 lb. opaque paper
  • Premium printing option for special events
  • Full-printing on front and back of envelope

Note: Full-color printing only applies to your design. The envelopes remain a crisp white.

Q&A

What do you mean by “printing turnaround”?
“Printing turnaround” is the number of days needed to produce your order. It starts once your print-ready artwork has been uploaded or once you’ve approved your proof. Weekends, holidays, and shipping transit time are not included in the turnaround time.

What is the difference between a 24 lb. and a 70 lb. envelope paper?
The 24 lb. bond envelope paper is commonly used for everyday writing and printing. You can use this standard commercial-grade paper for note card and invitation envelopes.

The 70 lb. envelope paper is thicker than the 24 lb. paper, making it the premium option. It features a tactile feel and offers better writability and durability. This envelope paper is great for brand marketing and special events use.

What is a “gummed” flap?
A “gummed” flap is used to describe the type of adhesive used to seal envelopes. A gum seal is the most common sealing method and uses a water-soluble gum. You need to moisten the gum along the flap in order to seal the envelope.
