If you need flat invitations ASAP, you’re in the right place. We can do same-day flat invitation printing so long as files are submitted and proofed by 10am. Flat invitation cards are perfect for weddings, birthdays, fundraising events, school dances, club events, and more.

We have different size options including 5” x 7” flat card stock and our most popular size, 4” x 6”. All invitations come with envelopes. When you print flat invitations, you will be asked to pick one of three cardstocks. 10 pt. cardstocks are budget-friendly, 16 pt. cardstocks are extra thick, while 14 pt. cardstocks hits that middle ground nicely.

Your invitations can come with matte, gloss, or high gloss UV coating. But if you need an invitation you can write on, we recommend leaving the card uncoated.   

Our invitations are perfect for parties and special gatherings. If you’re an event organizer or if you’re just having your own little party at home, our invitations will be a perfect fit.

Can I get envelopes for a 3x5 flat invitation? If yes, do you have a different colored envelopes available?

Our flat invitations for the size 3" x 5" do not come with free envelopes, but we do sell separate envelopes and the size we have available closest to our 3" x 5" invitations is the A2 envelope which is 4.375" x 5.75". You may also choose to print in 1 color or full color. You may want to check the link below for the A2 envelopes:

Can you print a 3.5 x 5 insert card on same stock as invitation ? Is so, what to choose to do this?

Hello. Thank you for the question!

We can certainly print insert cards in your preferred cardstock material, similar to invitations. We have different thicknesses available for cardstock. We have the following thicknesses for you:

10 pt. Cardstock - This is as thick as a cover page of a magazine.

14 pt. Cardstock - This is as thick as a standard business card

16 pt. Cardstock - This is slightly thicker, which will be a bit sturdier compared to the 14 pt. Cardstock. 

 

To order this, you may go to invitations by clicking the link below and choose your preferred specifications. Rest assured, despite the name, we will print your artwork on it. However, the closest size available to your preferred one is 3" x 5", which is 0.5" short. If this works, you may proceed to choose the rest of the specifications, upload your artwork, and checkout.

Hi Chelsea, Thank you for choosing Next Day Flyers as your partner in printing. Just to answer your question. All of our invitations here are customizable cause you would need to send us your design for us to print. But if you're asking if this is writable I suggest you go for the material matte on the outside of the card and uncoated on the inside just to be sure this would be writable. What is the difference between woven and linen envelopes?

Woven envelopes are made with smooth 24 lb. paper. Linen envelopes are made with textured 70 lb. paper; this is a little bit thicker making it a "premium" option for envelopes. While both envelopes are white, linen looks brighter, while woven looks slightly cooler/grayish or off-white.
