- Enter the interior dimensions of your custom mailer box, then choose your preferred material, quantity, printed sides, and production time.
- For rush orders, tick the “Rush Production” box. Otherwise, leave it blank.
- Select “Order Now & Receive a Dieline Template” if you already have a design prepared. Use the template file to adjust your artwork so it fits the mailer box accurately.
- Choose “Design Your Shipping Box Online” if you are creating a design from scratch.
- Once you’re satisfied with your work, click “Continue”. Select “Checkout” after reviewing the order summary.
- You may also send us a custom quote request if you want more advanced features such as dividers or custom inserts.

Can I order a sample mailer box before committing to a larger quantity order?
Yes, you can order 1 mailer box that will be printed according to your size, material, design, and other printing specifications.
How can I accurately measure the interior dimensions of the mailer box?
- Open the box and make sure the interior is facing you while you make the following measurements:
- The length is measured from the left to right sides of the box.
- The width is measured from the front to the back sides of the box.
- The depth is measured from the top to the bottom of the box.
What are the minimum and maximum interior dimensions for custom mailer boxes?
We made our sizing range as wide as possible so our mailer boxes can accommodate an extensive array of items:
- Length: 3" – 25"
- Width: 2" – 25"
- Depth: 1" – 15"
Do you offer design proofing?
Yes. Before we process your order, the design will undergo a 15-point prepress inspection to ensure that it’s free of any technical errors. We provide this for free for all product orders.
How long does it take to print my order?
Orders will take 10-12 business days to produce. Please note that these turnaround times don’t include delivery. You can check the estimated shipping date by entering your ZIP code in the order summary.
How can I reorder?
There are two ways to reorder a previous order: through the website or by email.
- Website – Select “My Account” in the upper right corner and click the “Order and Proofs” tab to access your order history. Click the previous order you want to duplicate.
- E-mail – Forward the confirmation email of your previous order to reorder@nextdayflyers.com. Don’t forget to note changes or revisions if there are any. We’ll send you an updated price for approval.
Do you offer wholesale prices?
Yes. Purchasing mailer boxes in bulk will bring down the price per unit, resulting in a lower total cost.
Did you add the QR code I found on my custom mailer box on purpose?
Yes. This was added after proofing to improve your custom order’s trackability during printing. The code will always be located on a hidden area once the box is assembled, so you don’t have to worry about it affecting your original artwork.
