Do you have waterproof mailer envelopes?
Our poly mailers are made of water and tamper-proof white plastic.
Can I get my design printed on both sides of the mailer envelope?
We can print your design in full color on both sides for bubble mailers. For
poly mailers and rigid mailers, we only print on one side and in one color.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity varies for each product. For poly mailers, you can
order as few as 150 pieces. For kraft mailers, the minimum quantity is 100.
For rigid mailers, it’s 250 pieces.
Can I place an order without a design?
You can still place an order even if the artwork for your custom shipping and
mailer envelopes is not yet ready. Choose “Upload Later” so you can still
check out. We will proceed with printing your order once the design is
uploaded. Our preferred file format is PDF, but we also accept AI, DOC, EPS,
JPG, PNG, PSD, PUB, TIF and XLS. You may also request for a PDF proof so you
can check if your custom mailer envelope is exactly how you envisioned it.
What are the design requirements?
Please create your design in CMYK color mode at 300 dpi resolution and with a
.125" bleed on each side for best results.
