You can print personalized notepads for every organization since they extend branding for any company on all correspondence. Information often travels through notepads and having your logo on there helps increase your company’s credibility.
Some entrepreneurs also use promotional notepads as giveaways and having your contact details readily available on print means you no longer have to scribble down information for potential customers.
Our notepads are printed on 70 lb. paper and can be printed on one or both sides. They are available in five notepad sizes: 3.5” x 8.5”, 4.25” x 5.5”, 4” x 6”, 5.5” x 8.5”, and 8.5” x 11”. All notepads come with a cardboard back padding. You can also specify where you want the glued edge or notepad binding options located: top, left, bottom, or right side.
Q&As
What is the best paper to write on?
All notepads are printed on 70 lb. paper. Its thickness is slightly thicker than the typical copy paper but lightweight enough for easy writing.
What kind of glue is used to make notepads?
Your personalized notepads come padded, which means a gum or glue compound is used to bind the paper edges in a stack. This ensures that the edges stay in place.
How do I make my own notepad?
You can upload a print-ready file directly on the website. Select "Upload Your File" above. If you need to use a template, head to this tab and choose the size you need. Choose the format you prefer and then open it on your preferred program.
Where should I place my logo or design on the custom notepad?
Position your logo near the binding edge for maximum visibility. Keep text, logos, and graphics in the safe area to avoid trimming. Leave most of the space blank for writing.
Does the online proof show exactly how my notepad will look when printed?
Your proof displays your layout, artwork, and overall design—but doesn't show binding, glue edges, or trim zones.
What colors work best for custom notepads?
Light neutral backgrounds with high-contrast accents work best for custom notepads. Subtle colors and clean layouts ensure readability on white stock while showcasing your brand. Avoid dark, busy designs as they make writing areas harder to use.
Are these notepads the same as sticky notes?
No. Custom notepads are padded at the top edge for easy tear-off sheets—no adhesive backing needed. Unlike sticky notes, they don't stick to surfaces; they're designed for writing and keeping. Perfect for desks, offices, and promotional giveaways.
