With our sturdy rigid mailers, you can deliver contracts, stock certificates, photographs, and artwork with peace of mind. We use a thick 16 pt. cardstock that can withstand tearing, bending, and folding. This recyclable material is guaranteed to protect your items from unsightly folds and creases. Each rigid mailer also comes with an easy-to-use tamper-resistant peel and seal adhesive tab.
Choose Your Custom Rigid Mailer
We offer two types of rigid mailers: catalog type and booklet type. Catalog type mailers have the opening on the short side while booklet style mailers have the opening and adhesive flap on the longer side.
Choose from three rigid mailer sizes:
- 10” x 13” Booklet Style – Bigger mailer option that can fit a 9” x 12” presentation folder.
- 9” x 11.5” Catalog Style – Our most popular option. Fits 8.5” x 11” documents.
- 7” x 9” Catalog Style – Fits smaller items such as 4” x 6” and 5 ”x 7” photographs, Blu-Ray discs, and portable hard drives.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is high gloss cardstock better than gloss cardstock?
Both paper stocks are shiny and more saturated compared to matte cardstock,
making them highly suitable for colorful designs. However, high gloss
cardstock has a more vibrant finish that is also abrasive-resistant. This
makes it more durable than gloss cardstock.

Our minimum order quantity for custom rigid mailers is 250 pieces. You can
order up to 20,000 pieces in a single purchase.
