To help reduce waste, we are committed to recycling all of our paper scraps, printing plates and ink waste.

Our UV drying process releases 90% fewer VOCs than other companies

Ultraviolet (UV) curing uses high intensity UV light (Sun) to start the free radical cross linking of acrylate oligomers and prepolymers so there are no volatile solvents emissions to pollute the atmosphere or the press room.

Highly-trained press operators keep waste-causing errors down

Our manufacturing process has been standardized thru written procedures and strict guidelines that all of the manufacturing staff must follow. This helps to keep waste and errors down to a minimum.

Solar-powered facility significantly reduces our carbon footprint

Our New Jersey facility has been fitted with a 180kW rooftop Photovoltaic (PV) Solar System to generate the electricity used during the day and provide extra energy to the PSE&G grid.
