Stand-up pouches are a great way to make sure that your products are delivered safe and fresh to your customers.
Designed with a sturdy bottom gusset and a zip-closure at the top, these pouches ensure that products stand tall on display shelves while the contents are protected from moisture and other potential contaminants.
A Pouch for Every Purpose
Stand-up pouches are incredibly handy, effective, and cost-efficient in presenting products at their best. While food items are the most common items to use stand-up pouches for, its unique packaging design lends itself to other applications. Small pouches with a weight capacity of 2 oz. to 4 oz. are best for bite-sized snacks. These are small and handy enough to take with you while hiking on a trail or while on a break in between workouts. Mid-sized pouches are an ingenious way of displaying T-shirts and other pre-packaged clothing supplies. Pouches with capacities of 12 oz. and larger are perfect for cosmetic and bath care sets.

When Materials Matter
Barrier films protect your product from the impact of oxidation, moisture, and unpleasant odors that can affect its quality. All of our pouches are made with high-barrier material with an oxygen transfer rate (OTR) of .06 to .065.
We offer pouches in the following materials:
- Clear Barrier Film is excellent for showing products off to customers and has the additional benefit of being crease- and crack-proof;
- White Barrier Film offers a good solid background for full-color printing; and
- Metallized Barrier Film is a polymer film coated on one side with a layer of aluminum to give it a glossy silvery appearance.

You can opt to add either of these coatings for additional shine or protection:
- Gloss lamination for a brilliant shine making images more striking; or
- Matte lamination which gives products a luxurious touch with its satin-like texture and is also smooth to the touch.
The zippers for these pouches are 10mm in height and centered vertically at 1.5" from the top trim.
Additional Options
Round-type or Euro-style -hang-holes for suspended display can be punched 1/4" from the top rim of each package.
Tear notches on both sides of the top for easy opening are automatically included.

Artwork setup tips
Pouches are printed on a continuous roll of material, which is then folded, sealed, and cut into individual pouches. This process occurs rapidly, and the flexible nature of the material can cause slight variations in the cut line from one pouch to another. By adhering to our edge printing guide, you can prevent artwork from one edge of the pouch from appearing on the opposite edge.

How many stand-up pouches do I need to order?You can order as many stand-up pouches as you want. You can print one and use it as a sample. When you’re ready to print more, you may order up to 10,000 pieces.
