*A press-ready file refers to a file that meets the requirements for your ordered items and is ready to print as-is.

When I click to download the template I just get a page with a bunch of code. Am I doing something wrong?
It’s hard to know exactly what the issue is on your end? I have tested the download out on multiple browsers and workspaces and I haven’t had a problem. Let me know if you have further problems and I’ll email you the designs directly.

I get the same thing when using Firefox, but IE gives me the option to download the actual file. Give it a try.
