How soon can I receive my order?
We can get your pop-up displays printed and ready for shipping in six (6) business days. Note that printing turnaround refers to the number of days it takes to produce your order. Can I order a display without the frame?
Yes. Select Graphic Only on the order calculator to specify this.
Are the displays already installed on the frame?
Yes, these banners come pre-installed on the frame and ready to use straight out of the bag. Here’s how to set up your displays:
- Remove the aluminum frame from the bag and lay it on a flat even surface, ensuring that the red connectors are facing away from you.
- Stretch the frame until it is fully expanded and flat on the floor.
- Connect the red plastic connectors. The magnetic receptors will automatically connect.
- Lift the frame from the top until it is upright. Your pop-up display is ready to go.
Is the display material washable?
Yes, tension fabric is machine washable. Use mild soap and cool water. Do not put the material in hot water or in the dryer as this may cause the fabric to shrink. Simply air-dry the fabric using the aluminum frame, if available.
How do I get a free design proof?
If you have your artwork file ready, select Start with a Free Proof and upload your design, then Add to Cart. After, you can select Order a Free Proof and our prepress team will email you. Take note that we can only proceed with the production of your pop-up display after you approve the PDF proof.
