If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may contact our customer service team. A representative will note your concern and file a ticket for your reference. However, if you receive defective postcards, we will reprint them and send them back to you at no cost. Please keep in mind that we will request you to submit photos showing the product defect and to send back the defective products to our customer service team.
