Can I change or cancel my postcard order?

You can change your order if it is not yet in production. 

 

To edit your order, log into your account and click your shopping cart, and you’ll see your order summary. You can then change your artwork, edit your print options, or remove the item from your cart. 

 

Once the order is in production, you may no longer modify or cancel it, though you may still request design changes while in the proofing stages. You can call our Customer Care team at 800-251-9948 to request assistance in canceling your order during the preflight and proofing stages.
