While the business is all about fun, safety is still their top priority. This is why a driving instructor will be with you at all times. Driver training and coaching are included in their packages and all cars come with automatic transmission.

Quick-Fire Questions
We worked with Exotic Driving Events to produce their personalized rack cards for their events. Out of curiosity, I talked with Laurel Houle, director of driving experiences, to learn more about the company.
Here’s what Laurel had to say about their business.
When did it all start?
“[It] started in 2012 with about 10 events and 3 locations where we hosted events. Now, we travel to over 10 states and 14 locations to host over 50 events a year.”
What services do you offer?
“We give everyday people to drive exotic, muscle, & NASCAR style cars on various types of courses at a fraction of the retail price at which the regular motorsport world can offer.”
What makes Exotic Driving Events a unique experience?
“Gives everyday people a chance to drive their dream car, e.g. Ferrari, in the poster hanging in their childhood bedroom.”
What kind of customers does your company attract?
“All types! From adrenaline junkies to gearheads! College students to retired firefighters and everything in between. Anyone who enjoys the finer things or has a need for speed!”

Switching to High Gear
There comes a point in any business when it faces challenges that look crippling at first glance. In Exotic Driving Event’s case, it was the amount of competition in their space. But the company moved past those issues by continuously working hard and never losing focus.
“There had been some saturation within the industry a few years back, however, the competition from when we started is gone. There is definitely a high turnover trend. We continue to offer different cars each year and new locations, which has helped stay as a strong force within our market.”
Not to be outdone by their rivals, the company pushed forward and never lost focus. When asked how the company was able to grow the business to where it is today, Laurel said, “Hard work. Dedication. Always thinking outside the box. Not dwelling on the competition.”
Promotional Rack Cards
We’re really happy with how the rack cards turned out. I asked Laurel how they used the rack cards to promote their business. She had this to say:
“We hand them out at major events at our home track, Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park. We set them up at various tradeshows and have [them] available at all of our events year round.”
