Product Packaging That Gets You Notice
From food to cosmetics, wine, and accessories, NextDayFlyers specializes in custom product packaging for any kind of merchandise. With custom boxes and pouches, we guarantee that your products will not only look great on the shelf but will also stay fresh and secure when transported to any facility.
Custom boxes come in three (3) types: product boxes, mailer boxes, and shipping boxes.
Product boxes are ideal for single items or products with a lighter volume. Cosmetics, make-up, bottled wine, and candles are just a few of the items you can store in these containers. Design a custom product box made of durable cardstock or thick corrugated cardboard. Foil stamping, spot UV, and embossing are available through custom quotes.
Mailer boxes are the most popular choice for customer subscriptions and e-commerce deliveries. They’re made of thick corrugated cardboard to store multiple products in one box.
Shipping boxes will protect your goods during transit. The corrugated cardboard material is not only great for printing but also provides a cushion for high volume deliveries and heavy equipment.
Custom pouches come in two (2) options: flat pouches and stand-up pouches.
Flat pouches are thin and lightweight, ideal for flat products and single-use items. Think face masks, sanitary wipes, and product samples.
Stand-up pouches have a round bottom gusset bag that folds flat when empty and expands when filled with products. They’re ideal for products with heavier volume such as coffee, nuts, powdered drinks, and breakfast cereal.
All custom pouches are made with high-barrier film that keeps your products freshly sealed and secure. They’re versatile for liquid products too, so you don’t have to worry about spillage.

Guide to Custom Boxes
It’s quick and easy to print boxes on our website. In just minutes, you can customize the exact length, width, and depth of your custom box to fit your product perfectly.
For materials, you can choose between cardstock and corrugated cardboard.
Cardstock is like a thick paper board that provides a smooth surface for high-quality printing, perfect for product boxes. Its premium appearance makes it perfect for a store display. Choose from 14 pt., 18 pt., and 24 pt. cardstock. The higher the number, the thicker the material.
Corrugated cardboard is thicker and widely used for heavier products or items that will be sent in the mail. Choose from white, premium white, and kraft brown corrugated cardboard that is strong enough to withstand multiple handling and deliveries.
Guide to Custom Pouches
Available in different sizes and capacities, our custom pouches can store a variety of items.
- Small pouches with height measurements from 4 to 6 inches are ideal for products with a weight capacity of up to 2 ounces.
- Large pouches with height measurements from 10 to 12 inches are perfect for products with a weight capacity of 12 to 16 ounces.
Custom pouches have high-barrier films that come in white, clear, and metalized options.
- Clear Barrier Film is crease and crack-proof. It is perfect for showing the contents of the bag to customers.
- White Barrier Film offers a good solid background for full-color printing.
- Metalized Barrier Film gives a glossy, metallic appearance for a more eye-catching design.
Add optional hang-holes for hanging rack displays. All pouches can come with an added resealable zipper to prevent spillage.
Why Does Good Product Packaging Matter?
72% of Americans agree that the design and materials of a product’s packaging often influence their purchase decision. As the first thing that customers encounter, custom packaging requires strategic planning even during the product development process.
Ready to create product packaging for your brand? NextDayFlyers can help you choose what type of custom packaging is right for your product by looking at key factors that determine this decision.
Questions to Ask Before You Print Product Packaging
Before you start making any decisions about packaging, you should answer these questions first. Your product, selling location, and your shipping methods will help you decide what kind of packaging you need.
What’s Your Product? Consider what kind of packaging works best with your product size, shape, and materials. Whether it’s food or cosmetics, supplies, or specialty goods, the proper packaging should keep your product safe, make it easy to use, and prevent potential damage.
Who are Your Customers? Learn what type of packaging piques the interest of your target market and aligns with your business values. Should your materials be recyclable? Do the quality and design communicate your beliefs as a brand? The right kind of packaging helps attract the right customers.
How Will You Sell the Product? If you need to display your product on a shelf, you’ll want easy and compact packaging that catches the eye. If your products need refrigeration, consider custom pouches or waterproof labels. The quality of your packaging affects customer perception, so choose packaging materials that last even in storage.
How Will You Deliver the Products? Packaging should be cost-efficient from production, storage, display, delivery until it reaches your customers. For in-store displays, packaging sleeves are a cheaper option than boxes, but just as effective. For shipping, focus on keeping your packages small, durable, and light. Some products may be small and durable enough to go in custom pouches than boxes. Use tamper-proof packaging tape to seal containers in just one strip.
Frequently Asked Questions

How much does custom packaging cost?
It depends on what type of box you order and the quantity. For example, a size 4” x 4” product box with a depth of 14.5” in 18 pt. glossy cardstock will cost $2.70 each for 500 pieces—the more boxes you order, the cheaper the cost per piece. The same is true for other types of packaging. You can check the estimated cost of your product packaging as indicated on the order calculator.
When can I expect my product packaging delivered?
