Corrugated cardboard is thicker and widely used for heavier products or items that will be sent in the mail. Choose from white, premium white, and kraft brown corrugated cardboard that is strong enough to withstand multiple handling and deliveries.

Available in different sizes and capacities, our custom pouches can store a variety of items.

• Small pouches with height measurements from 4 to 6 inches are ideal for products with a weight capacity of up to 2 ounces.
• Large pouches with height measurements from 10 to 12 inches are perfect for products with a weight capacity of 12 to 16 ounces.

Custom pouches have high-barrier films that come in white, clear, and metalized options.

• Clear Barrier Film is crease and crack-proof. It is perfect for showing the contents of the bag to customers.
• White Barrier Film offers a good solid background for full-color printing.
• Metalized Barrier Film gives a glossy, metallic appearance for a more eye-catching design.

Yes, you can print on all sides and folds of your custom box. The 3D box tool makes it easy to select each box section and start designing.

Can I store food items in pouches?
Yes, our custom pouches are widely used for food products. They’re made of high-barrier material with an oxygen transfer rate (OTR) of .06 to .065, effectively keeping oxidization, moisture, and external odors out.

How much does custom packaging cost?
