How long does it take to print banners?
For vinyl banners, we can print and have them ready for shipping on the same day you make your order. Just upload your press-ready files by 10 a.m. Monday through Friday and your prints will be ready to ship between 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. on the same day. Just select your preferred printing turnaround on our order calculator. We also offer 1-day and 3-day printing turnaround options. Your printing turnaround options depend on the type of banner you wish to print.

Where can I get free banner design templates?
Depending on the banner you want to print, you’ll see if it has available “starter” templates when there’s a Browse Designs option on the order calculator. These banner templates can be filtered according to size, industry, and style. Click Customize on your preferred layout to edit on our online design tool.

How do I get a free file proof?
On the product page, click Start With a Free Proof on the order calculator. You can now upload your design file on our website and select Add to Cart. Review your order details and click Order Free Proof. A member of our prepress team will email you a PDF file for approval. Once you approve the PDF proof, we can begin printing your banners.

What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer FedEx as our standard shipping method with Ground, Express Saver, 2 Day, and Overnight shipping options for your convenience. We also use other postal carriers as necessary to get your order to you on time. You can request other options such as Courier Service, Air Cargo, and Freight by contacting our Customer Care team.

How do I check the status of my order?
Simply log in to your NextDayFlyers account. Once logged in, you’ll be brought to a dashboard where you can check your order status.
