What’s the difference between printed, screen-printed, and embroidered?
“Printed” means your design is processed by our computer and directly printed on the fabric. Digital printing does not use heat transfer, as the ink is directly applied to the T-shirt. Digital printing is best for detailed designs.

Screen printing involves creating a stencil and using that to apply layers of ink over the fabric. Each color in your design requires its own stencil. Screen printing is ideal for vibrant designs that require a thick layer of paint or ink over dark fabric and material.

Embroidery requires directly stitching the logo to the fabric. This method has a more prestigious and high-quality feel. Embroidery looks better on thicker materials like those used in polo shirts, dress shirts, and caps. Softer and thinner fabrics used for T-shirts may wrinkle or “pucker” when embroidered.
