Cardstock comes in a variety of thickness options. It is thicker than regular paper board and suits smaller perfume bottles of up to 150 ml. This material’s smooth surface makes it the perfect choice for vibrant, high-resolution printing. You can request a custom quote to add premium finishes like Spot UV and foil printing.
Corrugated cardboard material is highly durable and protects during shipping and handling. Cardboard comes in kraft brown and plain white, with a highly absorbent surface for full-color printing. Since this material is much thicker than cardstock, it suits larger perfume bottles containing more than 200 ml.
Easy assembly
Custom boxes are delivered flat and ready for construction. These come with self-locking features and require no adhesives to assemble.
Sustainably sourced
Our eco-friendly custom boxes are sourced from local mills and made up of 65% recycled materials. You can recycle our custom boxes to create new cardboard boxes, paperboards, and chipboards.

How to Customize Your Perfume Boxes
Step 1. Select Your Box Specs. Use the order calculator to customize your box size, material, printed sides, and quantity. This will also automatically generate the price of your custom box order.
Step 2. Design Your Box. You can start customizing your box using our 3D online design tool. This helps you view a simulation of your box with dielines so you can access and design all sides of your packaging. After you save your design and confirm your order, someone from our pre-press team will check and make sure your designs are ready for printing.

Can I order a sample box first?
Yes. On the order calculator, select your box size, material, and printed sides. For the quantity, be sure to choose 1 Sample in the dropdown options. Upload your design and follow the rest of the checkout process.
Can I print on both the inside and outside of the custom box?
Yes, you can print on both sides of the box. Under Printed Sides on the online calculator, select Outside & Inside - Full Color.
Can I design my box offline?
Yes, you can create your box design using your preferred design application, such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator. However, we recommend that you place an order with us first so we can send you a dieline template of your box specs. Blank templates help you set up your design file correctly and minimize print errors, as it shows where the bleed, trim, and crease lines should be on your file.
Will someone check my custom box design?
Yes, our prepress team reviews each submitted design before printing. You can also request a free PDF proof file before confirming your order for production. Proofing allows you to see how your boxes will look as a finished product and check for any errors and necessary revisions. We highly recommend that you select free digital proofing to ensure your custom boxes will print according to your specifications.
