As another year draws to a close and the holiday season begins, it’s important to order your custom mailer and shipping boxes in advance to get them shipped and delivered on time, when you need them.

The table below shows the best dates to order packaging, according to your schedule and timelines.

*Disclaimer: We know your order is important to you, and so is getting it on time. This holiday season, FedEx and USPS are busier than ever. We recommend expediting your order to avoid delays.

These dates assume that your print-ready artwork has already been proofed and approved. Delays in proof approval will extend the estimated timelines.

After October 20th, we highly recommend choosing Rush Production to get your orders before the holidays.

It’s the busiest time of the year, and shipping carriers are prone to widespread delays through the end of 2021 and into the new year. With Thanksgiving and Christmas just around the corner, we encourage you to start your holiday packaging orders sooner than usual to ensure you receive them on time.

Click Design Online to use our website design tool. We also offer pre-designed holiday design templates for banners and greeting cards, which you can easily customize according to your preferences. Using the upper toolbar, you can upload your own images and design elements, change colors, add text, shapes, and more.

Save and Checkout.

You can either Save Your Design and access it under your account or Proceed to Order. Follow the rest of the checkout process. We also offer free file checks to ensure your prints are exactly the way you want them to look. Q: How do I make sure my package arrives before the holidays?
A:As early as possible, we recommend choosing Rush Production when ordering custom mailer boxes and shipping boxes. Rush production turnaround is separate design proofing and shipping time, so give yourself as much lead time as possible.

Q:Why does it take 15-20 days to produce my mailer boxes?
A:We have steps involving proofing, printing setup, and production. Producing custom boxes require time because of the order volumes and setting up customized cutting dies specific to your box design. After production, the boxes are packed and prepared for shipping. Your boxes are carefully packed, wrapped, and loaded into shipping vehicles.

Q:Can you guarantee the shipping turnaround time?
A:Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that shipping carriers can deliver your orders to you on time. While we can print and ship out your orders as scheduled, we cannot avoid potential shipping delays while they are in transit.

Q:When does production time start?
A:Production time starts once you approve the PDF proof. You can also opt to waive the PDF proof process. We can inspect your artwork and start production if no problems are found. If we find a problem (like a low-resolution logo), we will contact you to resolve it.

However, we highly recommend getting your design proofed for free so your custom boxes print according to your exact expectations.

Q:How long does it take to get proof and approve my packaging design?
A:It may take up to 24 hours for you to receive the proof for approval. We will only print your order once you approve the PDF proof. If you’re in a rush, you should immediately check and approve your proof as soon as it is emailed to you by our print experts.

To get your design proofed by our print experts, you must a PDF proof during checkout. After inspecting your artwork, we will prepare the PDF proof and email it to you. Production starts once you approve this proof.

Q:What shipping methods do you offer?
A:We offer FedEx as our standard shipping method with options for 5-day, 2-day, and 1-day transit. In addition, you can also pick up your orders from our printing facility.
