- Cosmetic products like lipsticks, lip balms, eye liners, and other similar-sized objects can be stored in boxes with a 3.4” x 1” x 1” size.
- Homemade soaps are ideal to be kept in square-shaped boxes that have a 2.5” x 2.5” x 1.18” size.
- Dresses, sweaters, and shirts may come in 17” x 11” x 2.5” boxes while thick clothes like coats or even blankets can be packaged in large 24” x 14” x 4" boxes.
- Planning to ship multiple items in one go? Opt for boxes with a 24” x 18” x 24” size.

Choosing Material Thickness Our custom boxes come in two different materials that also determine their thickness: cardstock and corrugated cardboard. Cardstock is thicker than paper and slightly thinner than cardboard, making it ideal for boxes that are used for the packaging of candles, soaps, and even gifts. Corrugated cardboard is thicker and more durable, so it can be used for delivering clothes, apparel, and other ecommerce products. The material is tough enough that the boxes made from it won’t require additional wrapping when sending them via mail.
When it comes to our mailer boxes and shipping boxes, we choose the best material thickness for the box dimensions you have selected.

Our product boxes, on the other hand, are offered in three cardstock thickness (14 pt, 18pt, and 24pt) and in 1/16" E-Flute for the Corrugated Cardboard

How long does it take to prepare my custom boxes for shipping?
The standard production time of our boxes is usually 10-12 business days. However, with our product boxes, we can rush the production of your order and shorten the turnaround time to 6 days for an extra fee.
Is it possible for me to order a sample box before I buy in bulk?
Yes, you can. Just set the quantity to “1 sample” after customizing the dimensions, material, print, and other details of your box.
Can I put my own design on the boxes?
Of course. You can click the “DESIGN YOUR PRODUCT BOX ONLINE” button after you are done customizing the features of your boxes. It will take you to our user-friendly 3D design tool. Using this tool, you can add your own artwork, logo, and other images on the design of your boxes.
Can I order boxes that have no designs?
Yes, you can. Just select the “No Printing” option found on the “Printed Sides” menu.
What is the maximum order for the product boxes?
You can place an order for up to 20,000 boxes on our website. Anything more than that, you need to contact us so we can give you the lowest possible price for your order. You can also customize the quantity if the number of boxes you want to buy is not available in our standard quantities.
How do I properly measure the dimensions of my boxes?
Open the box toward you, and then get the measurements based on the following:
- Length = Left to right side of the box
- Width = Front to the back of the box
- Depth = Top to the bottom of the box
