It’s roomy enough for a headline, an offer, and the details without feeling crowded. Or go fully custom with your own flyer dimensions up to a max of 17” x 11”.

High Gloss UV
Colors are sure to pop and stand out with the high gloss UV’s extra shine. It’s also resistant to abrasion and writing.
Gloss Coating
The standard choice for flyers thanks to the sheen it gives on both sides.
Matte Finish
Companies that are after a sophisticated finish can apply the subdued, elegant touch of matte.
Pick a Printing Side
Which side is your print on? Your flyers can be printed in the following configurations:- Full color on the front, no printing on the back
- Full color on the front and back
- Full color on the front, Black or Grayscale on the back
Folding & Shrink-Wrapping
Need your flyers folded? Half-fold, tri-fold, and Z-fold are all available — just let us know when you place your order. Thinner stocks ship pre-folded, while 14 pt. cardstock and heavier ship scored and flat so the fold doesn’t crack in transit. Handing flyers out across multiple events or locations? Ask about shrink-wrapping in bundles of 25 to keep them organized and protected.
Choosing the Right Turnaround for Your Deadline
Get your flyers fast and right on time by picking the turnaround time that fits your schedule best.
- Need it today? Choose "Ready Today" and place your order by 10am. If you’re reviewing a digital proof first, try to approve it as early as you can — the sooner you sign off, the better your chances of making that same-day cutoff.
- Have a day or two to spare? Next Business Day gives you a full day to review your proof without putting your deadline at risk.
- Not in a rush? 3 Business Days is our most economical option, and a good fit when you’re not up against a hard deadline.
A note on deadlines: If your flyers are for a specific event, build in some extra time for shipping on top of production. Our turnaround time refers to production only and does not include shipping time.

How to Make a Flyer?
How to Make a Flyer
Follow these tips and create a business flyer design that will amplify your brand and target your specific audience:
- Get straight to the point. The discount or message you’re offering should be immediately seen on your business flyers.
- Make information easy to read. Don’t be afraid to use large font sizes. There should be a header to guide the reader.
- Use the right colors. Use neutral colors such as white, black, and gray for a minimalist, professional design. Complement these hues with bold shades such as teal or mint green. Brands with a fun and bright aesthetic can apply yellow hues and other bold tones like pink or orange.
- Keep things clean and simple. Avoid crowding the design with too much information and multiple images. Apply the three-element rule of only including a photo, header, and a colored object to maintain the reader’s focus.
- Choose an appropriate size. Use the standard 8.5” x 11” so it’s easy to handout and customers can easily read all the printed information. The smaller 4” x 6” or 5”x 7” sizes are easy to keep for them to refer to in the future.

Business Flyers FAQs
Reviewing and approving a digital proof takes a little extra time, so if you’re on a tight deadline, especially for same-day turnaround, respond to your proof as quickly as you can.
Will my flyers arrive safely and intact?
Flyers are packed securely to protect against bending and crumpling in transit, but shrink-wrapping is recommended as it adds an extra layer of protection for larger orders. In the event your order arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and photos and we’ll make it right.
Will my printed flyers match my proof?
Yes. Every order passes our 33-point quality check, and your proof reflects the same file used for production. It is worth noting that color variationis still a possibility when printing flyers, so we encourage you to send us your artwork for assessment especially if color accuracy is critical to your design.
What if something’s wrong with my approved order?
If there’s an issue with your order, contact our team with your order number and we’ll help you sort it out. We back every order with a satisfaction guarantee and we are committed to delivering that promise.
What sizes do business flyers come in?
Standard flyer sizes range from 4" x 6" up to 11" x 17".
Can I get my business flyers folded?
Yes. You can have your flyers folded, whether it’s half-fold, tri-fold, and Z-fold. Please note that lighter paper stocks ship pre-folded, while 14 pt. cardstock and heavier ship scored and flat to avoid cracking.
What’s the difference between paper and cardstock flyers?
Paper stocks (70/80/100 lb.) are lighter and more economical for high-volume handouts. Cardstock (10/14/16 pt.) is thicker and more durable, better suited to flyers that’ll be handled repeatedly or displayed for a while.
Can I order a small quantity to test before a large print run?
Business flyers can be ordered starting at 25 units, so you can start small before committing to a larger quantity.
Will my flyer colors appear darker after printing than they do on screen
Yes, this is possible, as printed colors often look darker or less vibrant than on screen due to a couple of factors: color mode difference and finish
Screens use the RGB color mode (red, green, blue) while printers use CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black). To preview colors more accurately, switch your design software to CMYK mode before finalizing your artwork.
Your chosen finish affects also color appearance. Gloss makes colors appear more vibrant and saturated, while Matte and Uncoated options create softer, more muted tones.
We strongly recommend that you place your order with your finish in mind. Use brighter colors for glossy flyers and choose deeper or cooler tones for matte finishes.
How can I make sure my flyer layout prints correctly?
Follow these guidelines to ensure professional print results:
- Set up bleed and safe zones. Extend backgrounds and images 1/8" beyond the trim line (bleed area) and keep all important text and logos at least 1/8" inside the trim line (safe zone) to prevent cropping.
- Design for your fold type. If ordering folded flyers, keep critical text and images away from fold lines to avoid misalignment or cracking.
- Use CMYK color mode. Design in CMYK rather than RGB for more accurate color representation in print.
- Request a printed proof. Review a physical sample before full production to check colors, alignment, and overall layout accuracy.
Pro tip: Print a test copy on your home printer first to catch obvious layout issues before ordering your proof
Which coating options are writable?
If you need to write information on your flyers, we suggest that you choose the uncoated option. You can also write on coated flyers using permanent inks and markers.
