Preparing Files
Just follow our steps to properly prepare your digital files.

1.  Download our Graphic Templates and Instructions.

Each Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and QuarkXpress template includes correct file size, bleed, trim marks and color profile.

Our File Prep Guidelines provide you with easy step by step instructions on how to use the template.

2.  Before uploading make sure of the following!

Your images and artwork should be at least 300 dpi.
Images that start off as 300 dpi and are reduced will have a higher resolution. Images that are 300 dpi and are enlarged will have a lower resolution. We don't recommend enlarging images over 30%.

Set your Color Profile to CMYK: U.S. Sheetfed Coated v2.
The Color Profiles are not saved within the template, they are set up by the user in the Color Settings in Photoshop (or another Adobe application). This setting will remain the standard for every file you open in Adobe, until you change this again.

Check your file name.
Ensure that your final file is one of the following formats that we can accept. Your file name must end with one of the following examples:

    a_mypostcardfront.pdf

    a_mypostcardfront.psd

    a_mypostcardfront.ai

    a_mypostcardfront.indd

    a_mypostcardfront.jpeg
