JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representatives
OBJECTIVE:

JOB SUMMARY:
Primary contact for customer service inbound sales orders. Essentially take inquires regarding orders, purchases, products, prices, shipping, and listen to any complaints or concerns the buyer may have. The Customer Service Representatives is the liaison between the customers and NDF.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Be the first point of contact for all new clienteles
  • Educate client base about the benefits of our products and services
  • Provide ideas and solutions to grow the company based on customer's feedback
  • Extend our brand through expert high level communications
  • Collect and analyze data
  • Communicate and coordinate production details with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Effectively and efficiently resolve customer's complaints and concerns by identifying the cause of the problem
  • Maintain and strengthen customer's relationship
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must meet the following minimum requirements:
  • Some college preferred or 2-3 years Call Center experience
  • Basic understanding of Windows 2007 which includes: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to operate facsimile, copiers, computers, etc.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Candidate should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and reliable
  • Ability to communicate well with others, both written and oral
  • Work well in a fast paced environment

JOB TITLE: Production Artist Supervisor
JOB SUMMARY:

JOB DESCRIPTION:
To lead the department to create and maintain an efficiency workflow and troubleshoot any issues that may arises. To assist management in the development and motivation of the department. The supervisor is required to assist in managing overall operation.
JOB SKILLS:
  • Set an example for the entire team
  • Lead with integrity, honesty and knowledge which promotes Next Day Flyer's core values
  • Provide employees with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities and building effective teams
  • Prepare customer supplied art into press ready files
  • Promotes effective leadership through example by setting standards that provide for a positive and safe environment
  • Oversees and assures facility equipment reliability to minimize downtown
  • Proficient use in applications: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat, QuarkXpress
  • Basic use in applications such as: CorelDraw, Publisher, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Preflight and correct art per company procedure and standards
  • Assists other production artists with techniques in prepping files
  • Meet and exceed production volume requirements
  • Performs with team to complete daily production volume requirements
  • Attend Prepress meetings
  • Helps maintain and strengthen interdepartmental relationships
  • Cross-trained to perform imposition and plate production tasks
  • Communicates with operators and/or supervisors of any issues during production for training and awareness purposes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Some College preferred
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience Supervisory experience
  • Candidate should posses a strong work ethic with a positive attitude
  • Must have ethical and moral compass
  • The ability to get along with associates, must be motivated to lead others
  • Ability to manage multiple situations simultaneously
  • Must possess excellent communication (both oral and written), leadership and interpersonal skills
